Seven Google ratings, all five stars, and nearly every one of them about the same person: Roxanne Curzi. She runs CURZI Realty Group out of East Boston, a brokerage that says it handles residential and commercial sales, rentals and property management across the communities ringing the harbor's north side — East Boston, Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop, Everett, Malden, Lynn, Saugus and Salem. The people who wrote about her were mostly first-time or from-away buyers. One reviewer in February 2022 had moved to Boston from out of state knowing next to nothing about the city, and credited her with finding the condo and answering the questions that came with the move. Another that month bought a first home and noted she was informative without being pushy. A third, also in 2022, said she connected them with people and programs that got them to closing — the help that matters most when financing is the hard part. A 2022 review written in Spanish calls her bilingual and says a tedious process became easy. The most recent word, from April 2025, is about availability: that client wrote she put in her own time whenever they needed her. What to weigh before calling: the written history is short and mostly old. Four of the five reviews on file went up in 2022, so most of what buyers have said about her is four years back, and seven ratings is a small sample to judge any agent on. Best fit: a first-time or out-of-state buyer working East Boston, Winthrop and the towns just north of them who wants an agent on the phone, and especially a Spanish-speaking client. Ask what she has closed lately in your target town, and whether she or another agent in the group would handle your deal.
