So the picture is a long-established, well-regarded builder whose written record is small — four reviews across four sources, three of them from 2013 to 2016 — and dominated by professional collaborators rather than the people who paid for the houses. That is not a mark against the work; it just means there is less to read than the company's tenure suggests. Ask for homeowner references from the last two years, and confirm the licence yourself: Houzz lists construction supervisor licence CS-102999, which is the directory's claim and not a registry verification.
