RJC Building works out of South Dennis and builds on Cape Cod — custom homes from the ground up, plus additions, remodels, finish carpentry, decks and patios, windows and doors, and AZEK trim and siding. Its Houzz page, which trades as RJC Building & Maintenance, names Ray Caterino as the principal and carries eleven project galleries. The written history is short, and it is old. Three reviews, all posted in 2017, all five stars. A homeowner writing in July 2017 described handing over a rental punch list and having the right people sent out, naming two of them, Fred and Al. Another that May credited Ray Caterino and his crew with finishing on schedule. A third, in April 2017, said close friends had recommended the company after a new-construction job and that RJC came in under two other bids. In January 2025, someone answering a Cape Cod thread about South Yarmouth remodelers simply posted the company's web address — a nod, with nothing said about the work itself. Houzz lists a construction supervisor licence, CS-083390, for the business, alongside home improvement, real estate broker and civil engineer credentials; the same number appears on the company's own site. If you want a Cape builder for a custom home or a substantial addition, RJC is worth a conversation. Ask to see the current registration, and ask for a couple of recent addresses you can drive past — the public praise behind this one is nearly a decade old, so the useful references are the ones from the last year or two.
