We are not customers of Reliable Lawn Care, and it’s not because we haven’t tried. We’ve reached out to the company twice to request quotes, and we’ve never once received a response. Ironically, they do a great job maintaining our neighbor’s yard, so the quality of their work clearly isn’t the issue. Our one-star rating comes down to two main problems. First, the complete lack of communication after multiple attempts to contact them for service is frustrating and unprofessional. Second, as neighbors to a property they service, their crew regularly parks and obstructs the curb area along our side of the street, making it difficult for us to park or even get in and out of our own driveway. On top of that, they leave behind a mess of grass clippings and leaves in front of our house that we end up having to clean up ourselves — despite the fact that we’ve tried to become paying customers. It’s a frustrating situation: they do great work for our neighbor, but leave a mess and inconvenience for us.

I use them only for snow plowing. Always show up. Do a complete, comprehensive job on driveway and sidewalk.
