Reasam Landscaping & Lawn Care runs a perfect 5.0 across 59 Google ratings, the kind of consistency that's hard to manufacture at that volume. Based at 151 Rantoul St in Beverly, the company works North Shore yards on cleanups, mulching, trimming, and general lawn care, and the same names keep surfacing across the reviews rather than a faceless crew. The written history runs back to 2021 and stays consistent — dozens of reviews across Google and several landscaping directories all point the same direction, with mulch bed work, seasonal cleanups, hedge and shrub trimming, leaf removal, and the occasional dirt-regrading or sprinkler-installation job named as the recurring calls. In the last six months, the two reviews that came in both single out specifics: one describes mulching and shrub trimming that left the yard spotless, the other calls a cleanup a "golf course" finish at what the homeowner considered a fair price. Neither logs a complaint. There isn't much to flag before calling. One directory listing from 2022 shows a different Beverly address (10 Sohier Rd) than the company's current one (151 Rantoul St) — worth a quick confirmation when booking, since it's the kind of detail that's easy for directories to leave stale. Nothing in the reviews themselves raises a concern about the work, the pricing, or communication. For a seasonal cleanup, mulching job, or recurring lawn maintenance in the Beverly/North Shore area, the review history — long, consistent, and essentially free of complaints — makes this a low-risk call. Confirm the current address and get a written scope before the crew shows up.

We were very satisfied with the work that Reasam performed on our yard. Mulch beds came out great. We also had them trim our bushes and shrubs, and they came out great and nicely shaped. Rob was great to deal with, and the crew left the yard spotless. We'll continue to use them for future services. Great Job!

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the result of our cleanup. We have a very high expectation in love a golf course like finish, they delivered exactly that! The property looks beautiful. Pricing was fair. They will definitely be the go to landscape team going forward. They were very responsive, great communicators, and super professional.

Reasam has cleared out my leaves for a couple years now and they always do a great job. Even the tough nooks and crannies. Very easy to work with.
