The construction side is where the writing gets specific. Two things are worth raising before you call. In January 2026 a resident at Pembroke Woods in Pembroke gave one star for snow removal, describing unsafe conditions, handicap spaces left unplowed and snow piled into the road — a commercial grounds contract rather than a home remodel, but recent enough to press on if snow or site management is what you're buying. Separately, a January 2025 reviewer gave a lot of project detail upfront and got back a short "we're not a good fit for this project" reply, so expect them to screen a job before the first real conversation.
They fit a sizable remodel or addition in the Boston suburbs and on the South Shore, especially when you'd rather sign one contract for the house and the yard together. Confirm the registration and the exact scope split before work starts.

Provost? Not a pro at all, apparently you’re the snow removal vendor at Pembroke Woods in Pembroke MA. You did an absolutely terrible job, left extremely unsafe conditions, and did not plow any handicap spots. You left snow in the road making it impassable for over an hour and piling snow in the road that’s still there right now. I am so utterly disappointed in this place. Stay away from their so called “snow removal” because all they did is move it around and make a mess.

We had a few errors in communication/mixups during the course of the reno (nearly a guarantee for large projects regardless of who you work with) and all of them were handled pretty well. And here we are, a couple years later, and the quality of the work is still holding strong.
