Forty-one Google ratings, a five-star average, and a Massachusetts broker licence that checks out in the state registry under Peggy Pratt's own name. She runs Pratt Properties Team from Pleasant Street in Revere; the site says the business has been at it since 1996 and that she now works with five agents around her. The sharpest praise is on the listing side. A seller writing in February 2022 said the team sold their Wrentham house well over asking. Another that May described what the prep actually looked like: a written service plan and market analysis within hours of the walkthrough, plus contacts for everything from cleanout companies to photographers. An out-of-state broker with tangled family investment property said in a 2022 review that she brought the local knowledge and contacts the situation needed and stayed reachable while he learned the Revere market from Florida. One client wrote that same year that they had used her for better than 50 transactions across two decades. The Spanish-language reviews say much the same in fewer words: a 2022 reviewer credited the team with handling offers and negotiating well, and a 2023 one called them an honest guide for buying and selling around Revere. The site itself publishes in English and Spanish. Two things are worth knowing about that history. It is bunched — the bulk of these reviews went up between February and June 2022, with one since 2023. And a good number of them are professional endorsements rather than client accounts: a real-estate attorney who has known her fifteen years, a realtor in Tampa who sends Massachusetts referrals her way, a colleague she mentored into the business. They tell you the industry rates her; they don't tell you how this year's closings went. Best fit: a Revere-area seller who wants the listing prepped quickly and marketed hard, and Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers who want the whole transaction handled in their own language. Before signing, ask for two or three closings from the past year near your street, and which agent on the team would actually run your file.
