I needed a shed pad installed in my backyard in an area that had a lot of roots and a couple of shrubs that needed to be removed. The team from North Shore Home Builders did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication was easy and on time , they did the research on pad size and depth and built a solid, level shed pad.<br>The crew was professional, hardworking, and clean . The finished pad looks great, and I’m very happy with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend North Shore Home Builders to anyone looking for reliable and skilled site work or outdoor construction projects.

Working with Build North Shore to finish our basement was an incredible experience from start to finish. They flawlessly transformed our previously unfinished and unused space, creating a beautiful and highly functional extension of our home. Joe and Ben, our project managers, were outstanding—communicative, transparent, and truly masters of their craft, offering their knowledge and expertise at every step. Their attention to detail and commitment to our project made us feel like a top priority, regardless of how many other jobs they had going on simultaneously. Every member of their extended team who entered our home to complete work was respectful, noninvasive, and efficient. Mike, the owner and CEO of NSHB, has built an exceptional team, setting the bar incredibly high for any other building companies in the area. Mike and his team did a fantastic job of redeveloping my yard into a much more user friendly space. They came in with a fresh design that we weren't even thinking of and it works perfectly. The access to the space wasn't easy as I live in a congested neighborhood , but even with the obstacles in place, they were able to rebuild the stairs off the back of my house, repave my entire backyard, and build a retaining wall with access to the back gate, which is 6 feet higher than my yard.

Having just completed an home maintenance and repair project with North Shore Home Builder’s we couldn’t have been more pleased.<br><br>These guys check all the boxes. Led by Michael Buonfiglio.We had a wide variety of projects to complete from tree removal to replacing a nearly 100 year old wooden garage doors, as well as replacing gutters and downspouts, power washing the house and a whole lot of painting.<br><br>I was concerned weather one company could handle it all. NSHB was up to the challenge. The project with multiple jobs and contractors went like dream. Communication and coordination was the key and as I found out this was just one of skills that NSHB excelled at.<br><br>The biggest challenge was the garage doors. Michael recommend one of his skilled craftsmen to do the job.
