I was knee deep into a major household moisture problem and needed some guidance and assistance. I called around to several "big" companies - none of which could seem to return a phone call or do anything other than send out a Salesman. Dan at New England Basement Waterproofing, on the other hand, was a literal Godsend. #1 He returns calls. #2 He remains in touch. #3 He is about the most awesome down-to-earth person you will speak with. #4 He is a pragmatic realist! He helped put the challenges in perspective, recommended fair, down-to-earth and effective solutions and didn't take advantage of my ignorance and take me for a ride. #5 And I would work with him and his company again over and over again. Go ahead and call the "big" guys in this business and you will quickly find that they are staffed by call centers -- will do nothing for you -- but send you out a Salespersons -- that knows very little about Basement Waterproofing and Drainage -- but know a lot about how to capitalize on on your fear and misery and DRAIN YOUR WALLET. Dan played it straight, was truly willing and able to serve and frankly was a highlight of a very messy situation. This Man does business in a very classy way...the way it needs to be done. If you are on the fence about who to call, you will absolutely feel and appreciate the difference when you work with Dan... Tell him Mark sent you. ;) Seriously...I truly world-class experience.

We had a French Drain and a new sump pump placed a few years ago by Dan. No flooding in the basement since that time!
