MNM Services is the Watertown handyman people call when a house needs a little of everything — a fixture swapped, an appliance hooked up, a repair that doesn't fit neatly under one trade. Mike Vick has run it in Watertown for more than a decade, and the pitch is plain: if you bought it at Lowes or Home Depot, he'll install it for less than the store charges. The ratings hold up without inflating anything. Google sits at 4.8 across 38 ratings; Birdeye shows 4.6 across 42. Local coverage in Watertown News frames Vick as a home-improvement generalist who has been at it for years — and, tellingly, one who knows the edges of a handyman's remit: for work that needs it, he brings in a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber rather than doing that work under his own name. That last detail is the thing to pin down before booking. The company's own site markets "plumbing & heating" alongside general repairs, but there's no Massachusetts license on record for MNM itself, and the news account describes Vick coordinating licensed trades rather than holding those licenses. For a leaky faucet or an appliance hookup that's a fine arrangement; if your job is permit-worthy plumbing, heating, or electrical, ask up front who pulls the permit and whose license covers the work. Who's it for? Homeowners working through a running to-do list — installs, small repairs, home-improvement odd jobs across both residential and commercial spaces — who want one person to hand the whole list to. The praise is positive and spread across several sources over multiple years, so the consistency is real; just confirm licensing and get a written price for anything bigger than a basic repair before the truck rolls.

I'm so happy to see Mike's son Nick is carrying on his legacy. Nick came to my salon on an early Friday morning to snake our salon's sinks. I completely trust Nick and so grateful to have him as a trusted plumber. I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review because Mike is simply the best. I've worked with him for nearly 14 years and he has helped me with both residential and commercial projects. He can do it all and is an absolute gift. MNM for life!!

Mike is great. The hood over my stove was not safe and Mike got it back in place and safely secured. Great work, and great to work with.

Highly recommended! The owner is very experienced and cares deeply about his work. Reliable and a great value. He has done two jobs for me, and I’ll happily bring him back for additional work.

Mike is the real deal, fast on replies and arrival time, knowledgeable, helps with the problem at hand and anything he sees needs a tweak. Just had a door hinge repaired but he also gave an estimate on a new threshold, tightened up the screen door and inner door latches, tweaked the storm door lock, recommended and installed a detector upgrade to a carbon monoxide and smoke detector (we had here) and fixed the Ring doorbell on his way out. This is the fourth time he has come to our house and there will be many more.

Very thankful to Mike and Angel in their ability to come out in short notice and do repairs to my home. Mike was extremely professional. He made sure we understood what he would be doing and how much it would cost. I would seriously consider using MNM again.!
