The company says it has been in business eight years and covers Chelsea and Boston, and Thumbtack lists four employees plus a completed background check on owner Maria Flores. The through-line in what customers write is durability rather than novelty. A homeowner writing in June 2025 said Maria and her team had cleaned their house for at least half a dozen years and could be counted on to come and do the work promptly whether or not anyone was there to supervise. Two short-term-rental hosts writing the same month described the same arrangement from the business side — one had used the team for Airbnb turnovers for more than two years and had since hired them for their own home as well. When people describe the work itself, they describe pace. A July 2025 Thumbtack customer counted three cleaners who arrived on time with their own supplies and finished the whole apartment in a couple of hours; a June 2025 Google reviewer put it at two hours for their house. Thumbtack frames the volume behind that: 75 hires, 4.8 across 24 ratings, and Top Pro status in both 2024 and 2025. The mix runs past houses. Alongside regular and deep cleans, move-ins and move-outs, the company markets office, clinic, school and post-construction cleaning, and its Angi listing adds carpet and rug work — so if you want a residential-only crew, say so when you book. Two things are worth raising. Thumbtack's 24 ratings include one at a single star. And in a 2018 Angi review, a landlord who was pleased with the clean and whose tenants were happy still ran into a language barrier arranging it — worth knowing that several reviews are written in Spanish, so ask who your point of contact will be if English scheduling matters to you. The written history is also lumpier than the totals suggest: seven of the Google reviews landed inside a single week in June 2025, with two more arriving at the end of July 2026. This is the kind of operation people stay with rather than try once — a biweekly clean, a rental turnover between guests, a move-out scrub. Confirm the crew size and the time window when you book, since reviewers describe small teams working fast rather than one cleaner working all day.
