MaidPro's Arlington office, at 927 Massachusetts Ave, is hired mainly for recurring house cleaning — weekly, biweekly and monthly standing schedules are what customers describe most often. The praise is unusually specific about people rather than the brand. Homeowners name the pro assigned to them — Renata, Senia, Ashley, Alma, Yuri, Grayce, Linda — and repeat the same traits: on time, thorough, and willing to spend extra time on whatever area the client flags. A long-time client writing in March 2026 said that clean was among the best in years of service, down to dealing with the compost; another said their easily spooked dog stays calm when the crew arrives. Several customers describe multi-year relationships, and one in February 2026 put it at about a decade. The office is the second recurring theme. Mildred, the Arlington coordinator, is credited by name with absorbing schedule changes, flagging reschedules before they happen, and walking a first-time customer through the process when she arranged a clean for her grandmother's house. Two accounts pull the other way, and both are about handling rather than the cleaning itself. In April 2026 a customer who booked two cleans said communication was inconsistent, promised calls and emails never came, the bathroom sink and kitchen cupboards were left dirty, and an item broken during a clean was neither disclosed nor reimbursed. In January 2025 another said a two-bedroom, one-bath townhome was quoted at $275 with a promise the price would be revisited after the first visit — the adjustment never happened, emails about it went unanswered, and one appointment ran four hours late with no contact until the customer reached out. A 2023 reviewer expecting a deep clean was told the crews clean around clutter rather than picking items up, which is worth settling in advance for a lived-in house. One piece of the praise deserves a caveat: a February 2026 five-star review states plainly that it was posted to earn the cleaner a $25 bonus, so some positive posts carry an incentive. A December 2024 one-star post is a parent's complaint about pay raises for an employee, not an account of a job. Google shows 4.8 stars across 149 ratings, and 29 people have posted in the last six months, so the current picture is active and mostly positive. This suits a household that wants the same cleaner on a standing schedule; before the first visit, get the price confirmed in writing, ask how clutter is handled, and confirm what happens if something gets broken.
Mildred was such a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, responsive, and kind. Would definitely do business with MaidPro again because of Mildred.
I used MaidPro for 2 cleanings and found that the service itself wasn't what they promised it would be. Communication was inconsistent. The Manager Mildred would say she'd send me an email or give me a call only for it not to happen. The flexibility and ease of scheduling wasn't there and the cleaning was okay. Some areas like bathroom sink and kitchen cupboards were not clean. I had an item broken during a cleaning and they did not tell me about it. I discovered it was broken on my own. Instead they claimed that it didnt happen during their cleaning and would not reimburse. So beware of this service if you use them take pictures of everything you own. I would say it was not worth it at all and to go elsewhere.
Renata was terrific. She did an amazing job. Our house smelled so nice and clean. She was so thorough.
Great cleaning from Senia
I have been using Maidpro for years and my latest cleaning from Renata was among the best I’ve ever had. Renata went above and beyond, paying attention to every detail. She even dealt with my compost!
