What's behind those numbers is mostly high-stakes cleaning: the move-out clean before a closing, the walk-through before an open house, the final sweep after the contractors leave. Neivan Magnuson runs the company out of Danvers, and its site says it has been cleaning on the North Shore for about 15 years — homes, offices, windows, move in/out and post-construction work. Customers name her directly and often. In an October 2025 review, a homeowner staging for a showing said the owner came herself to finish a few things, then came back later to check them. The praise lands on the parts nobody else touches. A November 2025 reviewer listed baseboards and corners after a deep clean; another, writing in September 2024 about four years of visits, got as far as porch sills; the October 2025 open-house customer singled out the stove and the bathrooms. A builder wrote in January 2026 that Lelis handles the final clean at the end of their construction projects and cleans their own homes too. Alongside that sits ordinary recurring work — one customer described an every-other-week rotation in a September 2024 review — and reviewers through 2024 and 2025 kept reaching for the same word, trustworthy, usually about being left alone in the house. Pricing comes up on its own terms. A November 2025 customer called the cost competitive; an October 2025 one called them fairly priced. Two things to raise before booking. Crews rotate: the October 2025 open-house reviewer watched different team members come and go through the job and was still pleased with the result, so if you want the same faces every visit, say so up front. And the written history, dense as it is, is young — it runs 2024 to 2026, even though the company claims a much longer run and one November 2025 reviewer says they have used the service for over twenty years. The right call if you're selling, moving out, or handing back a jobsite — and equally if you want a standing biweekly clean. Confirm the scope and price in the estimate, and ask who's coming.
