Another spring job — an old patio, side deck, and new landscaping — got singled out for clear, transparent communication and pricing that matched what was quoted. That pattern isn't new. Across 47 reviews collected since 2021 over four different sources, the company holds a 4.9-star average on Google from 75 ratings, and the last six months haven't produced a single negative one. The company's own site lists retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, paver driveways, excavation and sitework, and even commercial snow plowing, and names a broad service area running from Wilmington out to Malden, Medford, Melrose, Reading, Andover, Burlington, and Lexington — worth confirming your town is covered before you call. For a driveway, patio, or retaining-wall job with real excavation involved, this reads like a crew that will flag a problem instead of building over it; get a written scope before work starts, as with any hardscape project.

Darryl, Jose, and the Land Solutions crew were awesome! They were professional and explained everything right from the start. They always arrived daily when they say they were going to be on site and always made sure the site was cleaned up at the end of their day. We are extremely pleased with how our retaining wall and stairs were built and feel it adds to the value of our Reading home! Thanks Darryl and Land Solutions!

Daryl and his team did great work replacing an old patio and side entry deck and installing new landscaping. Communication was always clear and transparent. Pricing was fair and in line with my expectations. Got the project done on a late season timeline. We had a great experience and highly recommend Land Solutions!

Darryl and his crew did an unbelievable job on our driveway extension in pavers. Darryl knows what he’s doing and truly cares about his work. We has previous excavation work in that area by another contractor to tie in the sewer to our new ADU on the property. Darryl was the only one out to ask if they backfilled the trench in layers and impacted it in, which they didn’t. Darryl explain that, that area would end up caving in from the dirt settling over time, and he wasn’t comfortable doing the job unless he re did it all the right way. Most other hardscape contractors wouldn’t of done that. Out of all the other contractors that have work on our ADU, he has been the best one. He treats your property as if it was his own! We will be using him again to do all the finish landscape.

Darryl and his team did a phenominal job on wall and driveway. We could not be any happier with the outcome! People we did not even know stopped to say what a fabulous job as well as neighbors!!! Not only did we appreciate the great job but also very nice group of guys too. We will be glad to recommend Darryl and his team to anyone needing work done and proud to do so!
