Jessica, Jose and Luis handled it; the customer called the pricing competitive and the turnaround fast. The company says it has been at this eight years, working out of 59 Winthrop Rd in Chelsea, and its own site casts a wider net than patch-and-paint: kitchen and bath remodels, additions, flooring, fencing. Houzz tells a narrower story, listing painting, drywall, plaster repair and finish carpentry. Six written reviews sit across Google and Houzz, all five stars. Two notes keep repeating. In an August 2025 review a homeowner wrote about the crew arriving early and leaving the repaired rooms cleaner than they found them, stopping to explain what they were doing as they went. Two Google reviews from July 2026 land in the same place: communication, attention to detail. One quirk worth knowing about. The oldest review on the Houzz page, from October 2017, was written by an architecture firm about JB Painting and Construction Corp — a different company name — praising a carpenter named Jose on a multi-phase addition and renovation. Read it as background on Jose rather than on JZ4S. Six reviews is a short history for a firm that says it has worked eight years, and what those customers describe is repair work: drywall, paint, patching after a leak.
