Justin is extraordinary. We worked closely with him over the course of more than two years (!) to purchase our first home. He helped us first figure out what we even wanted in a house (which in itself was quite a process), and then worked tirelessly to assist us in finding something approaching our preference, within budget, in an impossibly challenging housing market. We did not make it easy on him, with our lack of experience and difficulty finding any homes on which we were both willing to take the plunge. But Justin was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient with us throughout our lengthy search. Open house after open house, he continued to generously devote his time to us, even as we passed on most properties we saw, and even after we got cold feet and backed out of purchasing a home following acceptance of our first-ever offer. Throughout, Justin remained at our side and on our side, dedicated to helping us find the right house. Additionally, he was eminently knowledgeable about what to look for in a home, what to be cautious about, what to consider in regards to regional/town-specific features/benefits/ drawbacks, etc. He consistently demonstrated his knowledge and expertise about houses, home-ownership, neighborhoods, and the like, and was always happy to provide us his insights and educate us on topics about which we were often relatively ignorant and/or unaware. In those rare instances when he did not know the answers, he was all too glad to quickly research and get back to us. And, when the time came, he was an excellent negotiator/facilitator, representing our interests as if they were his own, and demonstrating both skill and integrity as he did so. Importantly, during all of it, Justin was simply a pleasure to work with... friendly, funny, and just an all-around good person, with whom we enjoyed spending our time. In the end, we finally found our home, and we frankly could not have done it without Justin. We cannot recommend him highly enough. We would not want to work with anyone else when selling/seeking/purchasing property.
