Thumbtack's own breakdown of those 225 ratings is 84% five-star, but also 5% one-star and 2% two-star — roughly one job in fourteen drew a bottom-two rating. And the written detail is dated: every review in the file was written in May or June of 2024. Its Angi and HomeAdvisor pages are both new, with no reviews on them yet. The company says it covers New Bedford, Dartmouth, Fall River, Taunton and Middleborough, and takes residential, multifamily, commercial and raw-land cleanouts plus light demolition and debris disposal.
