What repeats is staying power rather than one spectacular job. In a 2025 review, an office was cleaned top to bottom after construction work. Then tenure: the 15-year figure is the company's own claim, while its BBB profile lists the LLC as started and incorporated on 24 September 2025 and ties its A- grade to length of time in business. Reviews going back to 2021 suggest Josie was cleaning houses well before that filing, but the company itself is new, and BBB lists it as not accredited with one employee. The right call if you want the same small crew back on a schedule, or a move-out clean where the cleaners arrive with their own supplies and you hand over the keys. Confirm the scope, the price and who will actually be in your home on the first visit.
