JJR Enterprise is a small site-work outfit registered at 8 Brown Street in Peabody. Its own site lists sitework, drainage, asphalt paving and curbing, trucking and snow services, and the Better Business Bureau files it under paving contractors. The company states it is a certified MBE and DBE with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The BBB record puts its incorporation at 14 July 2020, lists one employee and names James Hope as owner; it is not BBB accredited and the bureau has not rated it, saying it lacks sufficient information to do so. The only outside coverage is local: Patch reported in 2023 and again in 2024 that JJR Enterprise sponsored the Peabody chamber's First Responder of the Year award. Nobody has published a review of its work anywhere that could be found, so there is no track record to weigh — ask for recent job references and confirm the MBE/DBE certifications directly with the state's Supplier Diversity Office before you commit.
