We thought selling in a down market was going to be tough, but Jenny worked hard to get us a solid offer - OVER asking. She knew how to market our place to bring in the right buyers. Jenny was also amazing at helping us navigate the home buying process. She knew what we wanted and helped us with a creative offer that beat out other potential buyers. Jenny is such a hard worker and she’s pretty fun to hang out with, too - there’s no one else out there I’d want representing me in the buying or selling process.

My wife and I are incredibly lucky to have found and worked with Jenny. We’re first time home buyers and we weren’t sure if we’d be able to buy a suitable house in today’s market. Jenny helped us do just that. She quarterbacked our purchase of a home that was off market, while negotiating the asking price down to by ~10%.
