Across dozens of five-star Google reviews the same team leads come up again and again — Cesar Martinez most of all, plus Wilder, Rey and Gabriel on truck 51, Miguel, Milton Hernandez, Nick, Rafael. The accounts run alike: drop cloths down, attic and crawl space insulated, doors sealed, the work explained, cleanup thorough enough that an April 2026 customer said they barely noticed anyone had been there. A February 2026 homeowner with a 147-year-old Victorian described the team lead spending most of the day on the sill, doors, attic and crawl spaces. The Woburn company is listed on its BBB profile as a Mass Save program partner, with an A+ grade and accreditation since March 2018. Insulation and air sealing under that program is most of what people write about. Heating work turns up at the edges: a Medford resident wrote in December 2025 that the techs seemed mystified by their boiler across several visits but did get it working temporarily, another said in April 2026 that getting a heat pump quoted went pretty well, and a January 2023 thread has a homeowner shocked at a $48,000 quote for a whole-house ductless mini split on a 1,300 square foot house. The complaints are the serious part, and they are not about manners. A March 2026 reviewer said the crew covered every soffit vent with insulation, trapping heat in the attic, and tied that winter's severe ice dams to the install. A May 2026 customer said a three-hour Mass Save audit produced a $14,000 quote for work irrelevant to their attic. In February 2026 another said the price doubled between scheduling and the contract signing. Reddit is blunter: an April 2026 commenter in r/massachusetts wrote that the company damaged parts of their house and left the job unfinished, returning three times only after a threat to sue; another in that thread said corners were cut on a 2024 insulation job and that nobody ever answered the phone. Four of the 28 reviews written in the last six months are negative, and the organic Reddit discussion runs harder against the company than its 4.6 star average suggests. That gap is the thing to plan around. The free Mass Save assessment is a fair reason to call. Treat the sales and contract stage as the risk: get scope and price in writing before anything is scheduled, confirm nothing quoted beyond the program is required to proceed, and ask specifically how soffit vents and attic ventilation will be kept clear. On the day, the crews who show up are the part people write in to praise.
