Mike Squier and Brandy Haislet are the team that keep Gable running. They are the most professional and competent construction experts we've ever dealt with. (This was our third whole house renovation.) They managed the budget with great conscientiousness and completed the project in a very timely manner. They were also a joy to deal with - highly knowledgeable and all-around great people. We could not be more pleased, and highly recommend Gable!

Very good communication about progress and plenty of lead time on project requirements and items to supply like tile choices and hardware, paint colors and light fixtures. On sight meetings when needed with follow up notes. Good communication between architect and builder

Back in 2002 we used Gable to build us a beautiful waterfront vacation home in Chatham. Since then we've continued to use them for several remodelings. These guys (and gals) are very good and I'm sure we will be using them again. (They are not inexpensive, however, which is the only reason we did not give them five stars.) -Preston and Candice

Gable Builders created our house for us and it was a true pleasure to work with them on it. We planned our dream house and now we love living in it full-time. Gable worked closely with us to plan every detail. They were extremely attentive to our wishes and advised us in a very helpful way to achieve our vision. It was exciting to work with them, They did whatever it took to satisfy our requests. Their workers are amazing professionals, friendly and responsive. The house is truly top-end in every way. Perhaps best of all, the Gable team remains responsive to our house-related questions and concerns a couple years after the project was completed.

I have worked with Gable Building Corp on two projects. One was a major remodel and addition to a Windmill cottage in Hyannis Port and the other was a garage remodel and various maintenance items. I find the company easy to work with and very forthcoming with estimates and other information pertaining to the projects. I also appreciated that they would find a cost effective approach to the situation. I would use this company again.
