The guy who owns this company CJ Cosme rented a dumpster from us, filled it with construction debris, promised to give us a Credit Card to pay for it and disappeared. We worked with him in the past and never expected he would do such a thing but that is exactly what he did. To this day he hasn’t reached out to pay us for the dumpster. He’s also using a different phone number than the one listed here. We suspect he changed his number because of all the troubles chasing him. It’s sad because he used be a nice guy but presently he has gone completely off the rails. He is NOT to be trusted.

Never finished the job. Took my money and disappeared. Repeated calls and texts messages went unanswered for 4 months now. His voicemail box is always full and his other cell phone number he used doesnt work anymore. A smooth scammer. I've lawyered up to go after him. Dont go near this guy!!!

CJ has worked for me for many years. I have also referred him to friends and he always was honest and straightforward. His workmanship is excellent as my basement has continued to be dry for almost ten years. He recently did some additional work for me and it was great.

ATTN: do not be fooled by these positive reviews posted by the owner and his friends... company/ owner c.j is a scam artist,offers lowest prices because he does not pay the people he gets off craigslist, i hired him for a basement job and during the weeks it took for the job to be "completed"according to him. I had to hire a another company to finish what he messed up.i know this issue about him oweing money because during the weeks his employees were here working, 2 exemployees knocked on my door asking if the owner was there and went on about being owed thousands after being hired off craigslist. He either doesn't pay or gives checks that bounce to his workers. Avoid this company at all costs. The quality of work is horrible to the point that when I went to sell my house the housing inspector told me I needed my floor/ foundation fixed only 6months after the work from this company was finished. Or so i thought
