Another, the same week, was hiring the crew for the second time. The reviews that describe the actual work are the useful ones. In a July 2023 review, a homeowner whose driveway sagged in two places said the crew tore it out, fixed the bad spots and repaved it in one day — and after heavy rain that night, not a single puddle stood on it. A January 2025 customer wrote that Walter came out two hours after the first call with a fair quote and a plan, then had the whole driveway done in six hours a few days later. And the older reviews, from 2021 and 2022, name the company Ferreira Lawn & Paving, including one where a caller got an overgrown lawn cut for an elderly father; today the business presents itself as an asphalt paving contractor. Put the base prep, the drainage plan and the asphalt depth in the written quote — those are the things the best reviews here are actually praising.
