F&W Pest Control has been around under one name or another since 1935, when it started as Framingham Pest Control before merging with Walpole Pest Control in 1984 to become F&W. The company describes itself as family-owned and now in its 4th generation, running out of Peabody and covering a wide swath of Eastern Massachusetts — Peabody, Andover, Newburyport, Framingham, Cambridge, and dozens of towns in between — plus Cumberland, Rhode Island. Its core work is general pest control, with termite, bed bug, mosquito, wildlife, and commercial pest services rounding out the lineup. The public review record is thin — nine reviews spread across four sites between 2023 and 2025 — but it leans positive overall, and the company holds a BBB Accreditation with an A+ rating alongside a 4.7-star average from 15 Google ratings. That's a decent starting reputation for a company this size, though the volume itself is modest enough that it doesn't yet support a high-confidence read on consistency. One thing worth flagging if you look up its BBB listing directly: part of that page's boilerplate — a 125-year-in-business figure and an employee count over 16,000 — actually describes its corporate parent, Rollins (which also owns Orkin), not F&W itself. F&W's own claimed history of 87 years as a family-run operation is the more relevant number here. For homeowners in its Eastern Massachusetts footprint who want an established, family-run outfit for standard pest, termite, or wildlife issues, the BBB accreditation and Google rating are reasonable starting signals — worth pairing with a quick call to confirm current pricing and availability, since the public review record is too sparse to promise consistency across every job.

Jeremy was really great.. very experienced and really cared about my mouse problem. I am concerned about constant changes in technicians and very little communication between technicians. Because I am in the woods.. it’s a constant battle with mice and it takes someone like graham or Jeremy to actually want to make it the best it can be.

Very thorough and responsive. They give you a complete run down of how and what they are doing to control your pest needs. 5 stars and would highly recommend! If you are still with Terminx, do yourself a favor and make the switch.
