The Whitman company works as a pair out front: Genevieve handles estimates and site oversight, Bob the owner turns up on the job, and reviewers name both by name. The work is asphalt — driveway installation and replacement, regrading, sealcoating, walkways, sidewalks and parking lots — and BBB, which accredits the company, grades it A+. Customers praise the front half of the job most. Reviewers through 2025 and 2026 describe options walked through before anything starts, a booklet on caring for the new pad, crews that clean up after themselves, driveways finished ahead of schedule. One reviewer in June 2026 said the crew resurfaced a walkway that was not in the original plan at no extra cost. Another, in August 2025, left five stars simply because the office called back to say his town was out of range. The back half is where the complaints sit, and they are specific and repeated. Through 2024 and 2025, customers wrote that responsiveness ended once the check cleared: one fought a year and a half over repairs to a $7,000 driveway; another said cracking showed at two weeks and again at three months while texts and calls went unanswered; a third spent four months chasing a sealcoating date.
