The work it advertises runs from the ground up: new home construction, custom additions, basement buildouts, kitchen and bathroom remodels, roofing and siding, decks and patios. The company says it can handle design and planning in-house or work alongside an architect you bring. Porch lists a service area stretching across roughly 140 eastern and southeastern Massachusetts towns. There is very little from customers to go on. Google carries a single 5-star rating. The Enterprise's Brockton-area property-transfer column recorded Delcon Enterprises buying a Beech Street lot for $150,000 in January 2016, which fits a builder that develops as well as renovates. For a build or an addition, the seventeen years of BBB accreditation and two decades in one town are real. The reference-checking, though, is yours to do: ask Peter Delprete for two or three recent local projects you can walk, and confirm the home improvement contractor registration and construction supervisor licence before you sign.
