The general manager of the Essex Street Inn & Suites in Newburyport writes that Dalfior has handled the hotel's housekeeping for going on six years — hired mid-pandemic when the inn couldn't staff its own team — and calls the crew reasonably priced and very thorough, naming Milane and her husband Eudes personally. A couple of things to know before calling. BBB grades the company A+ (without accreditation) and publishes no complaints, but it files the business under Carpet and Rug Cleaners rather than general house cleaning, and its record still lists an older Middleton address alongside the Peabody one. And the written record is a single commercial client — if you're hiring for a home, ask for current residential references. For a homeowner or small property wanting a long-established family crew with a proven recurring-contract track record, they're worth the call — just do the reference check that the thin public record can't do for you.
