Across 25 Google ratings at 4.8 and 28 Angi reviews at 4.9, the praise is specific and repetitive in a good way: shows up on the promised day, quotes fast and fairly, leaves the site cleaner than he found it. A three-star review from a customer of three years says the relationship soured: they had also paid for weed control for the first time that year and say it was never sprayed once, then waited through repeated missed dates for a yard-levelling job, having to chase each time. Two four-star reviews point the same direction on scope — one job stopped when the mulch ran out at 1:30 in the afternoon, with the customer writing 'go by his estimate via pictures I guess'; another said the weeds came back through. Read together they say: get the quantity, not just the price, written down, and confirm the date. Also worth knowing: the written record is largely 2020–2023, with very little posted in the past year. Right for a one-off transformation — a lawn replacement, a walkway, a regrade — where the scope can be pinned down before the crew arrives.
