Clean Horizons is a sweeper fleet, not a landscaping crew. From Raynham it power-sweeps and scrubs parking lots, garages, warehouse floors, shopping plazas, distribution centres and roadways across eastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and southern New Hampshire, with the low-clearance machines a parking deck actually requires. The company says it started in Raynham in 1985 and describes itself as a service-disabled-veteran-owned small business; its About page names Mike Janicki as president. It also says its sweepers are PM10 certified to meet BMP plans for air quality and stormwater runoff — the reason property managers hire a sweeping programme in the first place, since regular sweeping is one of the cheapest ways to satisfy a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. Around the sweeping sits the pavement and facilities work: line painting and restriping, pothole repair, sign replacement, bollard repair, sand removal after winter and general lot maintenance for property managers and national retail accounts. A directory of veteran-owned businesses lists it on the same 1985 start, and it is registered as an entity with the federal System for Award Management. Nobody who has hired them has written about the work publicly, so there is no customer account to weigh. If you manage a plaza, a deck or an industrial site, ask for references on comparable properties and for the sweeping schedule in writing before you sign.
