In the past six months, three reviewers gave the company a single star: one describes cabinets that arrived mismeasured alongside a material she says contained formaldehyde and an unresponsive company afterward, another says a promised refund for sizing mistakes was offered and then withdrawn, and a third centers on a subcontractor's slow, messy work. A separate four-star review reports a defective cabinet door finish and a wrong glass-door spec that had to be corrected. Worth asking a designer directly how they handle a measurement or spec error before signing off on an order. For a full cabinet plan — kitchen, bath, or built-ins elsewhere in the house — with a design team that stays involved through installation, the volume and consistency of praise here outweighs a handful of bad orders. Get the exact door style, finish, and dimensions confirmed in writing before cabinets are cut.
