Almost nothing has been written publicly about Boston Realty Online, and the one thing that has is a warning. In February 2014, a renter posting to r/boston under the heading "warning to renters" told others not to use Boston Realty Online or Brigham Hill Realty. That is a single anonymous account from more than a decade ago, and the poster's own complaint was about the other company they were renting from — so it is a flag to ask about, not a finding. Beyond that post there are no customer reviews, no verified state licence record and no company website on file, which is why no rating is shown here. If you are considering them, ask who the licensed broker of record is, get the current business address and licence number, and ask for recent client references you can actually call before signing anything or handing over a deposit.
