This property has failed to provide basic maintenance for tenants. The refrigerator in one of the units has been broken since May and has not been repaired or replaced. The family living there has a toddler, and they’ve been forced to go without a working refrigerator for months. It’s unreasonable for tenants to pay rent on time and still be left without such an essential appliance. This kind of neglect shows a serious lack of responsibility and care from property management.

I especially want to highlight Jessica, the real estate agent I worked with. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Terrible land lord only cares about him self talks about affordable living but yet never cleans or updates anything peeling paint literally slum lord just paint it and rents it no prep ups rent as soon as he can also your realty fee gets spilt between Jessica and himself heat constantly goin out water getting shut off roaches and mice dosnt care trash piling in the alley way storm door gets broke just removes it hey my door broke puts one in upside down. Needed new floor cut the wood inside my appartment without notice killing 300 dollars of fish. K have proof on everything. Buyer beware. Good till it's not.
