A single account from early 2021 says nothing about how he handles a listing, a bidding war, or a deal that goes sideways, and nothing since has been written down. He is worth a conversation if you are a North Shore buyer who wants to be given room and information rather than pressure. Before you sign anything, ask what he has closed in the last year in your town and price range, and for a seller-side reference as well as a buyer-side one.
