The work it advertises is heavier than a typical remodeler's: gut renovations of older and distressed properties, 203(k) rehab contracting, additions, ADUs, basements, roofing, mechanical/electrical/plumbing upgrades, and fire and flood restoration, plus unit turnovers for landlords. Recent reviews back that positioning. In May 2025 a homeowner mid-way through a 203(k) rehab loan said their first contractor had bailed and left the place gutted, and that Donald and his team stepped in, handled the bank paperwork and HUD, and got the project back on track. An April 2025 manager of a 10-unit Lynn building described a phased renovation done with tenants in place, kept clean and moved quickly, with problems found and fixed before they worsened. Communication, in other words, is the thing the negatives cluster around — worth pinning down at the start. This is a credible fit for a gut renovation, a 203(k) rehab or a landlord's turnover programme, where its registry-verified licence and experience with distressed property matter most. Ask who your single point of contact is, agree how quickly calls get returned, and get the schedule in writing.
