The written accounts are few, and they pull against each other. A customer writing in November 2023 described Ken Casey giving an on-the-spot estimate with two options, phase one completed as scheduled, and follow-up they were pleased with. A September 2024 reviewer had used the company a couple of times and cited price, work and speed. In October 2025 another gave five stars for a driveway job done well at a reasonable price — while adding that communication could be better. Three weeks after that came the sharpest entry in the record. A one-star reviewer said Derek presents as a caring owner but is really selling, that after the driveway was sealed they spent weeks chasing him to come back and finish, and that they were brushed off. The averages sit lower than those three positive write-ups would suggest: 3.1 stars across 10 Google ratings. Porch shows 3.5, and states plainly that the figure is rolled up from 16 reviews gathered elsewhere rather than written on Porch, with no comment text behind it. BBB grades the business A+ while noting it is not BBB Accredited and showing no reviews or complaints on file. Two names turn up: Kenneth Casey, whom BBB lists as the sole management contact, and the Derek named in the 2025 complaint. Follow-through is the thread running through both the good and the bad accounts here, and it is the thing to pin down. Before booking, get the full scope, the date of any second visit, and who is coming back to do it, in writing.
