The pattern in what customers write is conversion. A homeowner who booked a February 2024 deep clean described a crew that worked from 8:00am to 4:30pm and signed up for monthly service on the spot; another customer that same month did the same after a single deep clean of the house. Reviewers in 2023 named Gustavo and his crew directly — two apartments cleaned on a standing schedule for one customer, prompt arrivals and clear communication about timing for others. The numbers hold across both platforms: 4.9 over 163 Thumbtack ratings, 4.9 over 24 on Google, and Top Pro status every year from 2021 through 2025. Two things are worth raising before you book. In May 2026 a customer with an appointment already on the books wrote that they could not get anyone on the phone and asked whether the company was still operating — and noted the booking itself had been arranged through an AI rather than a person. Get a phone number that reaches a human and confirm the date directly. The other is tenure. The site says the business started in 2021, yet elsewhere on the same site claims 15 and 25 years of experience, and the Thumbtack profile states 18. Its written history runs 2023 through 2026 across both platforms, which is real and consistent — but treat the decades-of-experience line as marketing rather than fact.
