First, the licence: the Massachusetts registry shows the company's Home Improvement Contractor registration #212684 as expired, and BuildZoom independently recorded the same lapse in July 2026, which is why its BuildZoom score is zero. Thumbtack separately lists Construction Supervisor credentials it says it verified in April 2025, so ask which registrations are current today and see the certificates. Second, reliability on booked dates: a customer writing at the start of February 2026 said a job was booked and confirmed, then the company stopped answering messages and did not show up. For a door, a window, or interior trim in the Brockton area they have a real, recent record of doing that work well and quickly for a fair price. Get the start date and scope in writing, confirm the licence and insurance are current before work begins, and agree how you will reach them if a scheduled day slips.
