The company says it has been locally owned since 1996, better than 30 years of residential and commercial work, with Aaron as the direct contact. One thing to settle before signing anything. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration on file, held by Acorn Development LLC, has expired. Ask whether it has been renewed and get the current number in writing. The site separately advertises construction supervisor license CS-083887 — a different credential, and one that is the company's own claim rather than something confirmed against the state. Everything else here is the company describing itself. No customer has published an account of working with them, so there is no outside voice to weigh the self-description against. For an investor-side builder that may simply reflect who the clients are, but it does leave you without anyone else's experience to lean on — ask for two or three recent project addresses and the owners' numbers, and call them.
