We could not be happier with our home renovations performed by Wells and Co! From the start of the project, Toby was kind, attentive, and detail oriented. Wells and Co's approach is very focused on planning up front, minimizing surprises, and delivering beautifully finished and highly functional spaces. The team excelled at clear communication throughout the process, sharing updates via virtual/on-site meetings and presenting options clearly and with no pressuring when plans needed to change or design ideas shifted. The team was always open to accommodate changes along the way, whether big (vaulting a ceiling) or small (adding an electrical outlet). I always felt like we were aligned in the goal of delivering a space our family would love living in. As we settle into our new (old) home, the quality of the craftsmanship is evident all around us and reflects the whole Wells team's clear commitment to the company's mission as well as the skill of the leads and subs who contributed to the project.

When embarking on a home renovation project there are a lot of stressors to consider. Will this project finish on time? Will we stay in budget? What will happen when unexpected things pop up? Will the team be straight with me about the issues or paper over them? What happens if (when?) I want to change something mid-project? In all these cases we were thrilled with Wells and Co's performance. Our project was delivered within budget, on time, and meets our needs and desires perfectly. We recommend Wells and Co without reservations for your next home project.

We hired Wells and Company Builders to remodel our kitchen, first floor living area as well as all the bathrooms in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The project was very well executed from start to finish, the team was highly responsive, showed great attention to detail, and completed everything in a timely manner.

What really stood out was their communication. The team had regular meetings with us throughout both the planning and execution phases, and acted promptly on every suggestion or feedback we gave. It made the whole process feel collaborative and stress-free.

Even after the project was completed, they remained just as prompt and attentive, quickly addressing any small touch-ups or loose ends related to their work.

Highly recommend Toby Wells and his team to work with!

I've had Toby and team do a couple projects in my condo, a major kitchen renovation that turned out gorgeous and some more minor repairs and updates as I prepared the unit for renting. The team were always great to work with, very communicative, and did excellent work. They've also been extremely considerate with various small things that needed repairs after-the-fact, often considering them under warranty and fixing free of charge. Had I not moved out of Boston, I'd be continuing to use them for all my home renovation projects!
