Excellent crew and workmanship completely remodeling our kitchen. Adam was a fine contractor to work with and so sorry to just learn of his passing.

We used Presicion Remodeling for our gut-to-finish, complete kitchen remodel which included removing a load-bearing wall and opening up space. Everyone involved was professional, personable, and skilled. We're very happy with the work that was done, thrilled with our new kitchen, and we would definitely hire Adam and his crew again.

Before & After. My 100 year old bathroom enters the 21st century without compromise. The pics speak for themselves. Affordable price & excellent craftsmanship. They took great care of my house while I was gone (only 1 bathroom, so I had to leave). They closed all the other doors and taped them up to avoid dust. They covered the floors (even though the floors could use an update too). Excellent work and service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

After weeks waiting they delayed arrival for our co sultan toon for an at least 50k job by five hours then turned up rang the bell and before We could even get to the door and answer were in their truck and gone. On texting their coordinator she basically accused us of lying and told us we were terrible people for asking why he just knocked and ran. If this is how they treat people at the beginning who knows how bad their work is if their customer service basics are this bad. Not just rude but clearly don’t want the work.

I had difficulty time to find right contractor to install 2 doors for over one year. Recently I had Adam came and gave me an estimate for 2 doors and windows. His price is very good and his estimate is very detailed. He takes his job seriously and I trust his company. I am really lucky his guys came to put in the door less than 2 weeks. With other contractors I had to wait for 2 months and much higher price. His guys did a good job on the doors. I am happy to have new doors before the cold weather come. I highly recommend Adam for any home improvement needs.

The honest read

Precision Remodeling & Construction LLC is a Salem-based general contractor that homeowners mainly describe hiring for bathroom and kitchen remodels, with several reviews praising workmanship and professionalism. However, there is at least one recent 1★ complaint about delayed arrival and a coordinator dispute, which keeps confidence moderate-to-low despite an overall positive sentiment signal.

Where sources disagree

  • Most reviews are 5★ and describe high-quality remodeling work, but one Google review is 1★ and alleges delayed arrival and an accusatory coordinator interaction.

What the evidence shows

  • Multiple homeowners praised the crew’s professionalism and workmanship on major remodels (including a gut-to-finish kitchen remodel and a full bathroom update).

  • A customer described an all-in bathroom remodel taking a 100-year-old bathroom “into the 21st century” with “excellent craftsmanship.”

  • The business is listed by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ grade and has been in business since 2011 (14 years as of the listing date).

  • Houzz listings show a 5.0 rating (from 1 review) and describe the company as offering full-service home remodeling and construction.

  • Reviews reference work that includes kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling, plus related interior/exterior updates such as doors, paint, and interior structural changes.

  • Positive reviews cite quality workmanship and professional communication, but at least one low-rating review highlights a serious scheduling/arrival dispute—so overall rating confidence is reduced.

Worth knowing

  • One Google reviewer reported delays (waiting weeks; then arriving early/then leaving before response) and alleged a coordinator accused them of lying.
